Want to find out more about Open Access publishing and how it can increase the reach of your research? Come along to one of the events being held by the Library as part of Open Access Week.

Two lunchtime seminars are being held where you can find out more and discuss this with publishers, research funders and other researchers. The first for science researchers is being held on Monday 18th October, and the second for those in humanities and social sciences is being held on Wednesday 20th October.

The Library is also holding a workshop for early career science researchers on getting research published in an Open Access journal, which will be facilitated by BioMed Central, a leading open access publisher.

All events are free of charge and refreshments will be provided. Find out more and register for an event.

Open Access Week is an annual global event to broaden awareness and understanding of Open Access to scholarly research results.
