This coming Spring term we\u2019re looking forward to hearing papers on an exciting range of topics &#8211; from Italian chapels and holes in early modern art, to medieval contrition and Shakespeare. This will complement our existing annual Shakespeare lecture, which this year will be given by Colin Burrow in May.<\/p>\n<p>CEMMS is also hosting a conference in July on <a href=\"http:\/\/www.sussex.ac.uk\/cemms\/events\/litphil2015\">Literature and Philosophy, 1500-1700<\/a>, organised by our some of our graduates.
