Do you shake your head when asked “Are you collecting the vouchers for schools”?<\/p>\n
Well please don’t! The vouchers are used by schools, Scout and Girl Guiding Groups to ‘buy’ equipment for sports, cooking, extra curricular activities etc. This saves any funding to be used on more vital resources, and some schools\/groups are therefore better equipped than they would be without the vouchers.<\/p>\n
It doesn’t cost you anything to take the vouchers offered with your shopping and pass them on. I am sure there are plenty of people in your offices who would take them for their children’s school or Nursery (presume the Uni creche is collecting them too). There will also be a box down in the staffroom for you to place any vouchers in. Any left in there will be split between the Scout & Brownie Groups that the 2 of us help with.<\/p>\n
So please please please say “Yes!” next time you are asked in Sainsburys<\/p>\n
