I’m Peter Overbury, I currently run the PGA, which is the Postgraduate Association. We also deal with mature students but mainly we deal with post grads, the longest form of post grads being PhDs obviously but mostly we offer a group to give experience and advice on a multitude of different topics that being dealing with the University, dealing with supervisors, dealing with the Union, organising events, all kinds of things.  I like to think of it more as, the University of Sussex has great resources for PhDs particularly and I like to think of the PGA as more of a kind of library and lubricant getting all of those services to the people who want them most.
