Using this feature, you can now upload any video or audio file that you have created from your computer, camera or phone.<\/p>\n<p>The use of video and audio can be an effective addition to your Study Direct site. When a student logs in to the site, they can\u00a0play\u00a0your media file\u00a0simply\u00a0by clicking on the play button.<\/p>\n<h3>Video:\u00a0nuts and bolts<\/h3>\n<p>How long it will\u00a0take to upload your video clip very much depends on two factors &#8211;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>the size of your media file<\/li>\n<li>the speed of your\u00a0internet connection<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>There is a size limit for files, which is set at a maximum of 2GB. This space should, however, be plenty for most 60 minute recordings. It is estimated\u00a0that\u00a0most 60 minute videos will be made available to students in no more\u00a0than 24 hours.<\/p>\n<h3>Video pedagogy<\/h3>\n<p>There are many resources available to guide you\u00a0in using video as an additional teaching resource.
