Project background
The overall aims of the Course Data project at the University of Sussex are:
- to improve the information that we provide to students and prospective students
- to support an on-going radical overhaul of degree programmes at the University.
To achieve this, we need to streamline our course data processes. We will extend our existing web-based Course and Module Design tool and we will streamline the approvals process by building an Online Workflow Approvals tool. The project will support students’ decision-making by providing automated creation of two important data feeds – the Key Information Set (KIS) and XCRI-CAP v1.2.
