IT Services offer a huge range of things but from my angle, we offer training courses, so that would be training courses in the  full range of Microsoft Office and some of the more advanced skills that you might need to use with that. So, a lot of doctoral researchers come along to some of our more advanced Excel courses, advanced Word courses, in addition to that we can provide training in EndNote, Photoshop and also Mind View, which is  a mind mapping programme that a lot of people use and  find very useful to organise their work.
