The Great Daffodil Appeal
The Great Daffodil Appeal takes place throughout March and is Marie Curie Cancer Care’s biggest fundraiser.We aim to raise over £5m nationwide to provide free nursing care and we need volunteers who are happy to give an hour to help make this happen.
Last year the Great Daffodil Appeal raised a fantastic £55,000 in Sussex and we hope that, with your help, we can raise even more in 2011.

Donations from events such as Swimathon and the Great Daffodil Appeal ensure that our local Marie Curie Nurses are able to provide more high quality care to people with terminal cancer and other illnesses in Sussex, giving them the choice to die at home supported by their loved ones. ‘
